RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURNS:
We are happy to offer our customers a very fair returns policy. We accept returns even if you decide you have changed your mind or do not like the item. In fact we do not even ask for a returns reason. We believe it is entirely up to the customer if they wish to keep the item or return it.
- By purchasing from us you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
- Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of earrings that have been worn or tried on. This does no affect your statutory rights
- You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused
- Do not remove tags or labels of goods if you wish to return them
- Do not use any items you wish to return. Used items will not be accepted.
- All packaging included with items must also be returned to us
- All faulty items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item
CANCELLATIONS:
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods
- Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched
- You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused

Returns Accepted
Policy Terms : Returns are accepted within 30 days. It is the buyers responsibility to return goods and the buyer will be liable for any costs incurred upon returning goods to us. The returned item or items must be unused and in the same condition as when dispatched.
