Terrible company, customer service is very slow and hard to contact. They are rude and not helpful at all and this is not acceptable when the items are not as described.
The item was not at the stock. I was not contacted regarding this straight away. And the information giving to me were vague. When the item was finally dispatched no one has alerted me about it neithe

I was sent the wrong item, then I was advised that if I returned the item the correct one would be sent out to me, instead I was refunded with no further comminication from the seller
This feedback was officially imported into eBid by an administrator, the feedback rating was imported from Another Online Marketplace
seller sent wrong bed, refuses to send correct bed until we can get to post office to return the wrong one. Company staff not allowed to create a post label. Can't order correct item as not listed now
