Code I.20/1943. - A rare leaflet.

According to the “Complete Index of Allied Airborne Leaflets and Magazines,” this leaflet was not disseminated. However, a photograph in James Erdmann’s history of “Leaflet Operations in the Second World War” (Fig. 26) depicts an Italian PoW in Tunisia in 1943 holding a copy of the leaflet. The images of Adolf Hitler on the reverse are film stills from Leni Riefenstahl's Triumph of the Will.

Folded in half (previously folded in quarters), creased, rubbed and a little stained, corners dog-eared, still in acceptable condition.
