Postally used on 13 August 1955 with Frankfurt cancellation on reddish purple 20pf Battle of Lechfeld stamp and sent to Mrs M Ottley, Mary Ward, Croydon General Hospital, Croydon, Surrey, England.

Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but light bend to top left, knocks to both bottom corners and 7mm tear to centre of left edge.
