........THIS PEN IS FROM BOOTH 4013 AT PPAI EXPO IN LAS VEGAS 2007........IT IS A "SENATOR" ROU-BILL PEN...................IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.........ONLY LIGHT SCRATCHES IN THE RED AREA SEEN WITH MAGNIFICATION............DOES NOT WRITE.......INK IS DRIED UP..........WILL NOT WRITE EVEN WHEN HEAT APPLIED TO THE BALL POINT............IT WILL NEED A NEW CARTRIDGE.............
