AVOID like the plague. Utterly despicable service. Waited 2 months for communication then they failed to issue a refund properly.

Haven't recieved item and seller ingnored nudges and emails....lots of disappointed guides, brownies, andrainbows. Seller finally responded when I filed a claim thru PayPal, said Item was lost in post, offered another item, but refunded me anyway. I had 100 dissapointed girls making jewellery, thanks.
Product was what I wanted, as described, and well packaged. But took much longer than expected to arrive, even after assurance from seller.

Item not recevied, have got full refund but no replies to emails. Just beware if purchasing from this seller.
Still no item after over a month and seller not responded to emails since 20th Dec. I would like my money refunded or the item sent today.
..yes, you'd have to be daft! Poor customer service. Item not received after 3 weeks. They did refund though. Won't use again.
