Had to wait for original item to be sent, item wrong size, asked for it to be a larger one, sent item back no response from emails etc, not good business practice,trying to obtain refund,not amused
Received a damaged lunch box (zip broken) am still awaiting after over a month a new replacement lunch box or a refund. Nothing has been received as of yet. Not happy.
