RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are acceptable, and seller will refund 100% of purchase price provided BUYERS returned product meets the Following Criteria:

(1) Buyer must send email (NOTICE OF RETURN) within 7 Banking days of having received product; advising SELLER that purchased product is being returned. Buyer, at buyer’s expense, agrees to ship returned product within the same 7 banking days. Seller recommends buyer Insure returning product

(2) 100% REFUND shall be paid, provided BUYER meets the above described criteria, and/or product is: (a) unused, (b) unopened, and undamaged, in original wrapping and in New Retail condition.

NOTICE:

PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE DAMAGED IN DELIVERY FROM SELLER TO BUYER, REQUIRE BUYER TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER. SELLER INSURES ALL SHIPMENTS AND SHALL PROVIDE BUYER WITH NECESSARY EVIDENCE UPON REQUEST.

NOTICE:

PRODUCTS PURCHASED AND RETURNED, DESCRIBED AS "DOES NOT WORK" WILL BE SENT TO "MANUFACTURER" FOR EVALUATION, VALUATION AND CONFIRMATION; ALL CLAIMS ARE SETTLED WITHIN 30 DAYS.
