dvd's appeared to play ok although couldnt turn subtitles off via the menu. disappointingly, seller didnt reply to email query

FRAUD, CONMAN DO NOT USE! paid immediately waited and waited and waited, never came, I emailed they didn't reply, going through dispute with paypal now trying to get money back BE WARNED DO NOT TRUST!
It has been over 20 days since i purchased this and I have not received it. I have asked for a refund but have not recieved a reply and have been charged the full amount for the item.

proproduct recieved, newly wrapped, but the inside of the box was a bt bashed up + the disks wernt in an order so i think it must have been preowned, but they play fine.
