I paid for this item on 27th November. The seller claims it was dispatched about 2 weeks later but I have not received it and the seller has not responded to my two requests for a refund.

Bought item did not exist, offered an alternative of much lower value, when requested refund on 15th Dec did not receive it until 6th Jan!!
Not sealed and not sent to correct address. However, have now got it and sent to my dad who say's it's great. Thank you.
