Quality, authentic item at a good price

It took over a week, several emails, and a paypal dispute but seller finally shipped item, which arrived ten days after payment. Item as advertised. Happy with item but not with treatment or timing. Seller advertises that they ship next day and six days a week.

The ad said once payment is received, the item will ship in no more than 24 hours. 3 days passed and no shipping info. Took 2 emails to them to finally get an answer and 4 days to finally get tracking info. Still waiting for my item and come to find out the seller left negative feedback for me when all I did was ask where my item is and if it shipped. This seller obviously doesn't get it and only cares about his feedback ratings. Will never buy from you again, horrible experience and very unprofessional!
