Some Information About TreasuresLair
Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Who are we? Why are we setting up shop(s) on eBid?
We're a couple of semi retired folks who have found ourselves with entirely too much "stuff!" We're preparing to move to a nearby town and are in need of relieving ourselves of many "stuffs" in order to downsize. A lot of the things we would like to pass on are of the collectible type, while we also have quite a bit of the household and/or miscelaneous type.
Also, we enjoy going to auctions and yard/garage sales so find ourselves still bringing things home and trying to find space (in other words, we're half crazy), so we're hoping to use the internet to avoid having to hold any of our own garage/yard sales. As I'm sure many of you know, shopping at those sales and hosting them are two very different things ... and we enjoy visiting them much, much more than we do hosting them!
We are looking forward to being members of the eBid community. Though we did do quite a bit of reading before joining, we hope you will be patient with us if we make a mistake or don't understand something and need some assistance.
We would like to ship internationally but as of yet we just don't know exactly how. We are aware that some things are not legal in other countries and that we will have to be resepectful and midful of the differences in law, culture, and, etc.. Hopefully, we will be able to do some research on the matter sooner rather than later. Any guidence on this subject and others would be much appreciated!

Terms of Service
- Shipping: For now, we are offering flat rate shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), for most items. As we list more items we will surely have to delve into other shipping methods but for now, to simplify, we're going to attempt to concentrate primarily on the items that can be shipped using the flat rate method.
Shipping time: We will make every effort possible to send packages within 48 hours of received, cleared payment - excluding weekends and holidays. - Packaging: We will always try to use recycled materials for padding in our packages. If this is unsuitable for you, please just let us know ... BUT ... please keep in mind this will likely force us to charge extra to cover the cost of packaging materials.
