No answer to emails, item not arrive, do not deal = a thief
received download and promised to mail disc over 4 weeks ago and nothing and will not respond to emails
A month later and still havn't received product! First time I emailed they responded right away, saying order hadn't been placed and they would send immediately. Now still no product or responses.
why didn't they sell an iso instead of the product like the sale said I don't think paypal allows that ,what if it locks up your computer? She said she would send the disc from her own words.
I bid for two. Iwas advised they mailed on August6,2012 today is August29,2012but Ididn't receive.I sent email today but no reply. Ebid should discreetly enquire in the matter for non delivery so far and should arrange for refund immediately.Lately on August I requested pay pal for non delivery and case has been decided in my favour.EBid should cancel licence of this seller.
I ordered item on 8/7/12 and paid immediately. They updated that they shipped item. Still have not received item, they stated today that I am a non payer bidder, and then cancelled the order?

So, it's now bin 7 WEEKS since I purchased a copy of Windows Ultimate 7 and I STILL haven't received my DVD copy in the mail. I've emailed you now three times, both on eBid and via regular email and you have taken no action! What's the deal?! My patience has run out.
