With Fixed Wheel
The item measures approx, 5.5cm by 4.5cm.
The wheel looks like the 'rotating' type but it is fixed in place (at the point of manufacture) by two brass wire lugs.
The item is in a good general, "Used" condition and has been shaped for wear.
Sadly, the small link, just below the "A" of "H.A.C" is split and judging by the patina, it has been this way for a very long time.

I have not tried to clean the item in any way.
