vtg 1948 color hanbook all about niagara falls.........includes the mailing envelope.................shows photos and places of interest from that era.............it is in great condition for the age.............some slight yellowing/browning along the front side where staples are....a couple of creases in the area seen when you shine a light sideways.........1 indent below the logo that carried thru for several pages seen with side light.....these are all very minor things.............looks like the cut was off a bit... see front photo...........slightly rough cut along the edges......front side and bottom...............no real issues inside the booklet.............
