Some Information About TheBananaStand
I design a range of handmade jewellery and accessories including bracelets, necklaces, handbag charms and wine glass charms, with new items to come in the future.
I generally list jewellery items with first class postage but if you prefer to use second class, just let me know and I will give you a revised postage cost. I will combine postage on multiple items. I may sometimes re-use good quality jiffy bags in order to help keep postage costs down.
If paying by cheque, please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear.
If for any reason you are not happy with an item you purchase from me I am happy to accept returns, just let me know within 7 days of receiving the item (exceptions will be made if one or other of us is on holiday!). I will happily refund your entire original purchase price (i.e. the item plus postage) upon receipt of the returned item, however I am unable to refund the cost of returning the item itself.
I check my emails most mornings and weekday afternoons (with rare exceptions) so if you have a question, I should be able to get back to you fairly quickly.
