When I hooked up the earphones to my iPhone the sound was very low at max volume. There was no treble or bass to speak of. I put my stock iPhone earphones on to compare and the iPhone earphones had much better sound quality than the klipsch ones that I paid $55.00 for. I was sold a counterfeit pair of earphones. No negative emails were ever sent. Seller did provide a very quick refund though.
