The books measure approx, 23cm by 28.5cm and contain approx 710, 596 & 462 red edged pages respectively.
The books contain approximately 69 full page plates/illustrations along with numerous line drawn illustrations and heraldic coats of arms detailed within the text.
There is also an open out (damaged but complete) map at the front of volume three.
Volume one has a short tear to the top edge of the first endpaper.
All three volumes bear the book plate of Nigel (Trevithick) Tangaye (1909-1988), RAF Officer, historian and author.

Incredible collection of local Cornish local and family history, heraldic detail and pedigree.

Each book is complete and fully collated.
The pages are slightly age toned and some have foxing.
Some plates are heavily foxed due to paper stock.

The half leather bindings have general edge wear and chipping/rubbing.
Volume one has lost the top half of its spine fascia with localised cracking to the joints.
Volume two has some cracking at the top of the rear joint and minor spine fascia loss.
Volume three has obvious fading to the titles (as does volume two) and a split to the lower end of the front joint.
