For use in the US & CA, (Region 1) DVD: You need a (R1) DVD player to view in US/Canada (* NTSC) Media may not play on Gaming devices / Computers / Blu ray players DUE TO DRM.: Some re-issues from outside the US & some Imports may only come with a simple interactive Menus. Languages: English ( Dolby Sound ), Some products are designed for viewing on 720p devices (you may need to adjust your DVD / TV setting to 720p for best picture quality) and may only be available on UVHD. (Some Imports the AUDIO is AC-3 / 2ch and may need you to adjust your DVD player / TV's audio setting to play properly).  OUR RETURN POLICY IS: Only defective discs will be replaced and customer is responsible for the return of defective discs at their own expense (minor artwork, blemishes are not covered). Returns of items must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Approved returnable items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and or a 10% handling fee. Once received a replacement will be shipped via USPS (if package looks damaged upon receipt refuse delivery and email us, and once received we will ship you out a new one). This may take up to 30 days. Refunds will not be considered if your DVD player is incompatible (not R1), you change your mind, if your equipment is not compatible due to age, or have not read the listing correctly, so please read the relevant information carefully. Some titles may not have CC or Subtitles depending on manufacturer and the age of the content. (If you are hearing impaired please contact us to verify if the item you want has CC or subtitles). All products are manufactured from original source materials AS AUTHORIZED BY THE COPYRIGHT OWNERS. Each title comes fully packaged, with artwork, although for reissued products the artwork for labels, covers and media labeling may differ due to the manufacturer that's releasing the item (a title can be released by more than one distributor ).
