Hello Everyone. My husband Chris and I (Amy)are the pround parents of six great children 3 girls and 3 boys. I do online auctions because it gives me the chance to be a stay at home mom

I have been a seller on another site (eBay) and everyone is welcome to go and look at my feedback there it is over 500 positive my user name for that is heidelberg_reece.

My auctions usually consist of new items, but I do sell some used things. I deal mostly with "damage boxes" which is over stock, returns, seasonal, and items that have been pulled from the shelves because the store no longer carries it. I always am changing inventory so it is hard to describe what I sell. I like to compare my store to an old fashioned general store that had everything in 1 place.

Also, we will be opening a sports card shop in the near future. My husband used to be an avid collector of cards but has lost interest over the years. So we have 1000's of baseball, football, & basketball cards. If you are a sports fan be sure to keep a watch for our store to open.

I love shopping at online auctions (that way I don't have to load up all the kids & hear are we there yet??). So I do buy all the time from other sellers I am just like everyone else out there. With six kids and my love of antiques I am always on the hunt for a bargain.

Store Policies

SHIPPING

I ship on Monday's and Friday unless a buyer needs an item asap.

Shipping insurance is available for every auction I have at an additional cost to the buyer. For a insurance quote please just contact me.

I do charge a handling fee on most packages is is usually $1 - $1.25. This fee helps pay for the packing materials etc.. Also it pays for the delivery confirmation number that I include on almost every item.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 7 days of the auctions close if paying with PayPal 10 days if you are paying with money order, cashiers check or the item will be relisted. I understand that things happen and sometimes people need more time if that is the case then please contact me so we can figure something out.

I accept money orders, cashiers checks and PayPal from US bidders

PayPal is currently the only method of payment I accept for international bidders.

REFUNDS

I only give refunds if I have made a mistake in the listing description. I am human and may overlook something. If this happens I just ask that you notify me and ship the item back within 3 days and that it is returned in the same condition it was shipped in. I do not give refunds for broken or lost items once the have been mailed shipping insurance is available for covering that. Return shipping will be at the buyers cost. IF you wait longer than 3 days to send the item back I will not be able to refund on that item.

I will be available to answer all question promptly, usually with a few hours. So please ask any questions before bidding on an item.

Damaged Boxes

I deal alot with customer returns, overstock, & damaged boxes. Unless otherwise stated in the description, the item you are bidding on falls into at least 1 of these categories . I personally test ALL items to ensure they are in working order and have all the pieces. If something is damaged or missing a piece I will put it in the listing, to ensure that you know what you are getting. Please read the entire description before bidding on an item. I do offer a money back guarantee on all most everything I sell just in case I do miss something. Please refer to the Refund Policy. Also, any questions that you may have about an item please email me before bidding , and I will get right back to you.
