Payment policy
Payments must be made within 5 days of ordering and items will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Cheques made payable to L. K. Tumber, Cash on collection, Paypal.
Delivery information
Items will be dispatched within 72 hours of the order being received. Postage will be combined for multiple orders and you will be invoiced accordingly. All deliveries will be sent by 2nd class mail which will take 3-5 working days unless otherwise specified or requested.
Return policy
Returns will be excepted for damaged goods after a photograph has been emailed and inspected by the company. Faulty goods may be returned but will be inspected before refund is given. Refunds will only be given on item price and not postage and packaging.
