BKassets.com liquidates assets seized in bankruptcies. Appointed by Bankruptcy Trustees across the United States, each sale is a United States Bankrupcty Court ordered sale. Bkassets.com specializes in the liquidation of tangible and intangible bankruptcy assets. Bkassets welcomes international buyers as well as United States residents, but conducts all auctions and business in English.
As ordered by the bankruptcy courts, BKassets.com sells all assets AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties implied or stated. This means that the Seller and the trustee are not responsible for problems (if any) with the title, the condition of the property, or any liens or encumbrances against the unit. The buyer will be entirely responsible for the property after the sale including but not limited to: paying any fees/costs associated with this property, paying all fees/liens (if any), recording/transferring the title and gathering any paperwork/documentation necessary for that process. Seller and trustee are NOT realtors or appraisers. BKAssets and the trustee shall be under no obligation to buyer except to provide buyer with a Trustee's Deed, Assignment, or Bill of Sale, depending on the type of asset sold.
