Welcome Baby essentials Ebid Store. We are an online store committed to providing everyday baby and toddler essentials at great prices whilst also offering excellent service!

Baby Essentials online have been trading online for 3 years and is owned to two friends who are both parents. Everthing we sell is brand new and bought from UK wholesalers. All of our products come with a minimum 6 month Manufacturers Guarantee.

If you have any queries then please do not hesitate to contact us, we are able to source most Baby, Toddler and childrens products so if we haven't got what you are looking for then please contact us and we will do our best to get it for you.

We do prefer payment by PayPal or Google Checkout but if you are unable to pay via this method then please contact us to arrange another method of payment.

All our items are dispatched quickly and packaged well.

If you have any queries about our products please contact us to make sure you are completely satisfied you are before making a purchase.

We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours; if you make a purchase we will assume you are happy with all details about the item listed.

If we have not received payment within seven days of purchase we will relist the item(s) and file an unpaid item dispute.

If there are any unforeseen circumstances as to why payment is late then please contact as soon as possible.

POSTAGE / SHIPPING

Once payment has cleared we will contact you to let you know when you parcel has been dispatched.

We will ship to countries within the EU

Most items are posted Royal Mail 1st Class and proof of postage is obtained, larger items will be sent via courier and this will be stated on the item description.

All items will be posted to the address stated on the PayPal and Goggle Checkout invoice unless you contact us and state otherwise.

We check all our products and make sure that all our parcels are well packaged.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event you are not entirely happy with your purchase items purchased via the buy it now option can be returned up to 7 days after receipt all return postage costs are at the customer’s expense.

Auction items are only returnable if faulty

Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide you with a reference number

All returned items must be in brand new condition, including original packaging and labels or tags.

Payments will be refunded by the same way they were received.
