Local Pick-up
At this time we do not offer local pick-up. We are a mail order company only.
Shipping
We do not ship to PO Box’s, military APO/FPO addresses. Orders received before 2PM Central Time weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. However, we do place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
Tracking
As soon as your item(s) leave our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS.com with your tracking number for your order. This email is sent from UPS to the email address you provided PAYPAL. If you have not received this email please check your spam/junk folder.
UPS (United Parcel Service) is our preferred method of shipping. Other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion.
Please note: Your package may not be visible within the shipper's tracking system until several hours after the product leaves our warehouse.
Although we do take every precaution possible to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for packages stolen or missing from your location once it has been delivered and the delivery confirmation scanned by either UPS, USPS or Fed Ex.
Returns/Exchanges (Please read carefully)
Customers may return merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping) or merchandise exchange within 3 days from the shipment date received. We will not process any returns or exchanges after this period.
Returned items must be in their original, new, unused, and unworn condition and must include all original, undamaged packaging.
Inside the package please include:

6.) Description for desired exchange/return
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or tracking your return. Please make sure you track and insure your item. We cannot be responsible for any lost packages.

*If you choose to take the risk of shipping your item without tracking or delivery confirmation and the package is lost, your exchange can not be processed and you will not be refunded - we strongly suggest adding delivery confirmation and/or tracking when shipping your package.
Damaged/Defective Item
If you have received an item that damaged or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Image Enterprises aims to provide only the finest quality products. To that end, all items undergo a quality check before being shipped to you. We apologize for any inconvenience you undergo. Incomplete/Undeliverable Shipping Address
We only ship packages to the address PayPal provided at the time of purchase. Be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Image Enterprises reserves the right to pass a $20.00 Package Intercept / Rerouting Service fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs redirected, you will be charged for that added service.
Refused Shipments
Packages will be shipped back to us if the customer refuses the package /or/ is not available for several days for delivery /or/ if the address entered is either incorrect or incomplete. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges (cost returned and re-delivery). If the customer chooses not to have the item reshipped, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee before they are credited back for the items. In addition, any postage due associated with a recovering a refused package will be deducted from the refund. Once the order is shipped, it may not be refused due to delays in shipping or order.

Wrong Item Shipped/Wrong Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 3 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake by issuing a call-tag and have UPS pick up the product. As soon as the carrier picks up the wrong product we will then ship out the corrected order.
