It's a rare event but items can be faulty,
should this happen then return your purchase to
Flutterby Enterprises, and we will fully refund the purchase price
and most economical return postage.

If your unhappy with an item you can
return it to Flutterbys, for a full refund of the purchase
price with no questions asked.

Please return items within 14 days
of receipt, this complies with the European Union's Consumer Rights Directive, which came into force 13th June 2014.

Return postage costs are not refunded for items returned
because they are not wanted, I think that fair to both
buyer and seller and complies with EUCRD.

Expediated postage is not refunded for not wanted items, and this conforms to EUCRD.

Please note that until an item has been returned in
poor condition a refund will not be provided, so it's an
idea to get proof of sending from your post office.
This complies with EUCRD.

Jewellery such as earrings or any used in
body piercings, cannot be returned if used
for hygeine reasons. Would you like to wear a pair
of earrings someone else has worn?
