Hi. I'm a retail in North Wales, UK. We have been retailing in the high street for over 9 years. We sell a selection of Giftware, from Crystal to windchimes.
In addition to retail sales my team deliver newspaper to hundred of homes every day.
Our policy is to see customers recieving their good in first class condition, and should the inevitable happen and a breakage occur we will replace the item upon return to us. Unless stated otherwise our goods will be sent out by 2nd class royal mail post.
We are happy to ship overseas however we will not refund goods in the event they become broken.
