Help needed please.
We have raised a few tickets with support and also developer support but are not getting any replies. We are in the final stages of completing our integration with eBid using the XML API but cant find in any of the documentation which calls we should use to for the following actions:
- Get all orders for the past 7 days that we have not yet shipped/downloaded.
- Add tracking information
- Mark an order as shipped.
- Refund an order.
All of our items are BuyNowPrice we don't accept offers.
I am hoping a kind member of the forum will be able to point us in the right direction.
