Great news on the geetars - the music lounge loves to hear about new aquisitions on the music front!

JR is coming along well, and I shall know the results of my colonoscopy biopsies on Thursday - I'm not thinking negative at all.
As I have another family of bugs dwelling in my lungs, the quacks have put me back on more antibiotics for 2 weeks, doh!
These antibiotics are new to me, and I haven't started them yet - thought I would 'save' myself 'till tomorrow so I can drink a toast to our dear Wyo ....

Happy birthday Wyo, hope things are going well.

And a big hello to everyone else. Hope everyone is starting to feel a bit better these days. I have been going through my old singles collection again (a friend at work just gave me a bunch so any excuse) and came across a few that maby people have not heard or have forgotten about. So here are just a few of them.

Bob Lind Can't believe this was from 1966 still sounds great all these years later

Liner Formerly Blackfoot Sue The Farmer brothers went mellow with this minor hit

The Lotus Eaters 1983 this appeared and I remember playing it over and over a great tune

Lene Lovich Wonder where Cyndi Lauper got her ideas?

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes! You are all so clever! I am waiting now for the dog sitter to deliver her charge. We got home about 2 pm today and she had all her grand kids, so we have to wait til after nap time.
Old - Cheaver is right, I have named her Sadie. One of my friends here in town suggested Penny for her copper spots, but I like Sadie.

Brass monkey territory down here ATM, down to 5C in the mornings, but is about to warm up again very shortly.
I think we're in for a very hot summer this year.

Lisa has gone to Denver to visit her Mama's grave and have a float before flying to Rhode Island tomorrow for another half marathon which I now know is 13.1 miles. (21.08241 Killometers). She is meeting her Sis in Boston.
