I sold something two weeks ago to new buyer that paid immediately. Her paypal address is different to the address that she entered on eBid, so I sent her a message explaining that I would need to send it to her paypal address but have not heard anything from her. I have followed this up with emails to her email address but still nothing.
My dilemma is that if I send it to her paypal address and she no longer lives there, she may not get it but if I dont send it to her paypal address and there is a problem, I may lose out.
I am thinking that I should just refund her and list it again but that seems a shame, its also a Christmas item, so may be running out of time to sell it again.
I did have another buyer last week that messaged me as soon as she spotted that the paypal address was an old one and I didn't worry about that one.
Any thoughts?
