Hi guys, I just received some neutral feedback from a seller. I won an item, paid quickly as I always do, left him positive feedback when i received it, but he has left me neutral feedback as a buyer. His comment was ok though "World Class Buyer CHEERS".
I have sent him an email asking him to change his neutral feedback to positive feedback, as I am "sure" it's just a mistake on his part, but what can I do about it if he doesn't change the feedback? Can I contact eBid and ask them to change or delete his feedback?
