I use parcel2go fro my larger items, only had one missed pick up and got 10%off my next order, use the economy 3-4 day and 9 times out of 10 the customer gets it the next day, perhaps i'm lucky I always get the same driver pick up from me because a neigbour over the road runs an online business and the courier is always over there nice and early as well normally at 8am.

another one that I used to use prior to getting an account with TNT was P4D, You can get online quotes, book online and pay using poopay. They use all the big carrier companies and will send in the relevant one for the size package you have.

Hello, I've just opened an account with MyHermes for orders placed on my website. Prices seem competitive - £3.99 up to 2Kg, £6.24 up to 5Kg, £6.99 up to 10Kg. Only available for mainland UK at the moment and delivery guaranteed in 3-5 days. I have my first order going out Monday, so will let you all know how it goes.

I have used them once without any problems. It's just that normally my packages don't weigh enough to make it worth while

Have used Collect + myself. Very cheap (£3.99 for up to 10KG) and insured (£40) with signed for and traking BUT recipient must collect from nearby store - usually news agent/petrol station etc. This may be the face of postal service to come. They use proper carriers NOT individuals in their own vehicles which seem to give problems (My Hermes etc)
    Can recommend

PS I am also a relapsed FEEBAY user and got tired of the drip drip drip of increasing fees. They were making more money than I was ! As a newbie I'm still finding my way round your system but one thing I have noticed is that like early FEEBAY some postal charges seem disproportionally high. £20 to post an MP3 player who are you kidding !! Does anyone monitor these charges ?

It's up to the seller what they charge. You always have the option to contact the seller and query it ( I listed a book once with decimal point in the wrong place for postage)

Yes...that's the one I have used....picked up parcels and they turned up at the other end the next day ...even I was surprised by that, since I was expecting it to take at least 2 days.

I'm signed up for their emails so I get sent all their special offers
