    Question Auction Options

Does anyone use or have tried the "List in another category" option. It will cost me another nickel and I just wondered if anyone has had any experience with this. Thoughts--suggestions?
    Thanks!

It's quite simply really, you will get twice the exposure to people browsing through whatever catagories you advertise your items. Worth it? Who knows, but probably worth a try if you're not selling enough.

I've used it a couple of times but I can't imagine what I'm supposed to say about it. Your item appears in another category. What else is there to add!? :->

I guess what I was asking was did you think it was worth it. Did those items seem to sell quicker--the same? Not worth the effort or cost in your opinion?

I was curious about that too, bit cautious about this though as I messed up by accident once and scared I will again. I sell things like flower remedies which personally I use for my horses, dogs and cats. These remedies can be used by people too does that mean that I can select another parent category for my products? If you can I will and see what happens, its not like greedbay on here so experimenting as long as its allowed is worth it in my book.

Ah.. sorry, can't help. Only did it for YDC items where I wanted to make them visible outside YDC. Since the charity auctions are unlike normal listings, there's no comparison worth making I'm afraid.
