my ebid login

When i try to login to my account/auction details etc etc - i am told there is a login error?? (as though I have input my details incorrectly) ....BUT I KNOW I HAVE LOGGED IN THE DETAILS ACCURATELY AND CORRECTLY. //// TO DOUBLE CHECK THIS I EVEN REQUESTED A PASSWORD REMINDER, BUT IT WAS AS I THOUGHT.///// So why can i NOT login???????.....This is very frustrating & is putting me off using eBid.
