Hi. I originally joined some years ago so here I am again.

Used to sell "on the dark side" but until recently I hadn't sold anything for about 3 years. Recently listed some items there and, oh, what a nightmare.

One item was returned after the buyer had "buyer's remorse" - reported this person as he lied which I was able to prove - don't think he's on there anymore as I reported him and have a feeling he made a habit of it.

Delivery of another, smaller item was delayed by nearly a week using "the dark side's" courier service but did eventually arrive and the buyer was very happy.

Another item arrived badly damaged but the buyer was more interested in the contents than the organiser box and was really nice about it.

The returned item sold again, was delayed by the "dark side's" courier, the buyer demanded a refund (!), the item was delivered on this Monday past, buyer denied having received item even though she had signed for it. I contacted the Courier direct and they were actually very helpful and e-mailed me a copy of the buyer's signature so that was the end of that buyer's little scam. Nice try. Keep the item, get the refund, sell the item on - nice little earner - except she was caught. She closed the refund request but left me unfair negative feedback which was quickly removed by "the dark side". Unfortunately, due to the "dark side's" ridiculous policies I am unable to leave that buyer negative feedback, I don't think she's been removed from "the dark side" despite them opening an investigation so she will continue to try and defraud other sellers.

Enough is enough and here I am again.

As yet I haven't sold anything on eBid but did buy an item when I first joined - which I still have. I have a thing about soft toys (some people never grow up - I'm one of them) which was a cute Beanie Cheetah so I'm going to try selling on here and see how it goes

If it is a more specific topic, pick the relevant forum and start your thread.

One post is all you need, as members will see it regardless of where you post it.
