as long as they are relisted before the 75 days I think they are safe although in my experience random listings just disappear

So, if i set it to 10 reposts and then close after 40 days what will happen to all my listings, will they all be available for relisting or will some disappear?

I was checking my brooches yesterday and one was missing a lovely brooch which should have sold. I now will have to take another photo and upload it again. I suspect a lot more items are missing too. I dont have time to keep checking if my stock is still there.

    What am i doing wrong??

Once those 10 reposts are done, you need to do another 10 reposts using the Bulk Edit option. Then you can keep the listing going until you decide to end them, or they sell.

I dont want to have to manually relist all my listings all at once (approx 2430 of them) thats why i set it for 10 reposts/40 days. Ive being doing this for several years but items are still disappearing.

What Penni says. I relist in batches of around 20-30 once a day to even things out. That way I don't have 100s needing relisting all at once.

I do the same, about 24 - 36 a day and I space them out about five minutes apart, it doesn't take long. I do mine 10 reposts / 8 days so they are fairly near the top of lists and move up quickly. Once a week I change the start times so hopefully I have things starting at different times each day too.

Would an easier way be to download all ones auctions into a spreadsheet, then when they finish, upload the whole lot?

I haven't done it, I'm curious to know if this would be a good strategy.

You can relist indefinitely. I have a few items relisting first listed 9 years ago.

You wait until you see something in Items I Ran | Without Sales, and then you choose to RELIST and DELETE everything. Then you are good until they appear again months later.

Because I have a huge stock, I EXPORT the listings I am relisting and save them in a special file. This allows me to look back at all my listings on a spreadsheet and if anything goes missing I can relist it from an archived spreadsheet.
