Default Spam or Spoofing "Question" on a listed item

I just received a "Question" on one of my listings and all it said was "Hello kindly text"

    Question From : shaylaleachman3959 [0]

Is this a spam or spoof message or just someone who doesn't understand how to send a message?

    Thanks for any help!
    Warm Regards

    Hi - good question?
According to the user name, they have just joined as a "buyer" & are US registered. so, could be the latter ie. don't understand.
You could ask them to explain their Q. If they are fishing, then you can report them to

Good answer. Old.....I frequently find that I have typed a question or a response and that the second half has not gone into the "window";as a result I usually check what is there before sending.

In the previous sentence I hit the space after the word "typed" (just did it again!) and had I not been looking I'd have been "typing into air". All sorts of strange things happen in emailing and messaging.
