    Default Change Feedback Missing "Neutral"

    I had a sale and the buyer wanted to return the item because "it was larger than it appeared in the picture" The size was stated in the description but I authorized return and refunded. I had already left positive feedback but wanted to change it to neutral. I clicked the neutral button and it did get changed but the word "neutral is missing.
