Not able to upload pictures to Forum thread

As title says - not able to upload images from my PC to Forum thread.

Still can't upload images to the Forum - I can reply/quote with someone else's + copy/post from another website.

I can upload images to Facebook, twitter, etc. so the problem is here, not my PC.

No idea what settings have changed, but my AVG security has been busy updating/scanning over the last few days.

Desktop / Windows10 / Chrome - all up to date editions.

It might help them solve the problem if you give them some more info like this..
