A week ago, my son ordered flowers and chocolates from M&S to be delivered to me today - Mothering Sunday.
This morning he received an email saying they would be delayed. Bad enough but it gets worse.
This afternoon, the courier emails to say the order has been cancelled.
M&S, this is the second year running you have failed to delivery what is shown on your website. Many mums would think their families didn't care enough to send them anything.
You won't get any more orders from my family.
