There are search options missing on eBid that are preventing buyers from finding the best deals.
1. Lowest Price + P&P
EBid only has Lowest Price without P&P, so a buyer can't do a search to see the total cost from cheapest to most expensive. For example, say you listed a kettle for £5 with £5 P&P (£10). Another seller could list the same kettle for £1 with £50 P&P but their listing will be above yours and would get more views. Also, Featured Items is above all regular listings in a search, so a buyer would have to scroll down to see the actual search they made. Most buyers will mistake the featured Items as what they were searching for.
So even if buyers could see the cheapest kettle you listed at the top of the search using Lowest Price + P&P (which they can't), it would still be hidden by Featured Items.
2. Nearest First
This option is good for local collection for items like fridge freezers and requires a local search.
