Default How to add items not listed to Invoice.

I had a buyer purchase the entire amount (2) of an item I had listed. He asked if I had any more and I discovered that I did have a third one. Alas! The invoice system won't let me add the third one to the invoice. Anyone know if there is a way to do it?

Add the value of the 3rd item to the shipping total. [I've had to do this in the past.]

Just remember to send your buyer a message/email to explain what you've done so that they don't question the shipping amount

I decided that since this would close out my inventory of this particular item I'd go ahead and just give the buyer a buy two get one free bargain.

To be honest, I haven't sold enough here lately on eBid to remember how the invoicing system works.

If I remember correctly the simple thing to do is

Cancel the current invoice and create a new one adding all items to it.

I had tried that, but since the buyer had purchased all that I had listed as being available, I would have had to cancel the transaction, add the third one to the quantity available on the listing and try to get the buyer re-purchase. Being that he is a new member I figured it would be easier to just throw the last one in as a buy two get one free sort of deal. I figured that cancelling and having him have to re-purchase might give him a bad impression of the site.

Anyway, that last one closed out my inventory of that item. Frankly, I forgot I had it since it was the one I once listed elsewhere and never added to my inventory here on eBid.

All is well, buyer paid, item has been shipped.
