is it me? Can't get Search to work

I can navigate to the forum, but when I try to do a search for YDC*, nothing happens.

My search button on my 'My eBid' page hasn't worked properly since they did the last lot of upgrades. It works if I hit the enter button on my keyboard but not if I click the 'Go' button on the screen !

The only way I can search is to click on the 'start shopping' button, which is a bit daft when I only want to search not shop!
Another way is to visit the forum and click on the search box, top right. That seems to work OK!

Have they still not fixed that? Not much point trying to sell if buyers can't search for your items. How many sales have been lost due to potential buyers giving up because the search doesn't work? New users to the site are not going to faff about trying to figure it out; they will just leave and not return.

Admin have been told what is causing the problem.

To be quite honest Astral I am feeling a bit disheartened with all this Google problem and the lack of news and lack of replies on the forums from admin.
eBid used to be brilliant at communicating with it's members that's what set it apart from any other site I know, ideas were listened to and problems fixed, I keep hoping things will revert to what they were.
