Can't find my items on Google Shopping ?!

I've started monitoring.

All eBid items vanished from GS at around 17:00 yesterday and returned around 01:00 today.

Will check over the next few days to see if they go and return at the same or different times. If consistently the same then less likely a payment cap - as doubtful the money would be used up so consistently each day. If the vanishing time varies and the return is consistent then that could point to a payment cap.

An honest response from admin of if the issue is down to actions by them would be good. Most will accept things if admin are straight; it's when they appear to be avoiding an issue that the conspiracy theories gain traction.

your completely wrong ebid sellers lose coverage at prime time, consistently , if ebid sellers items are missing at various times through 24hrs it could still be a staggered cap which saves face for google dropping hundreds of thousands of items in one hit,

I've emailed support again with another link to this thread !

Wow, I've just looked at Google Shopping and my items are still there. Maybe something has been done at last (she said hopefully) I will check back later to see if they have remained.

About 2-3 hours ago I searched Google Shopping for -- lefton eBid -- there were 9 pages and most were lefton items on eBid and most were mine. I just tried (about 2:30 pm CST USA) on Google Shooping and 3 items came up and NOT ONE of them had anything to do with eBid or lefton.

Spoke too soon they've gone again.

Well at least they didn't disappear at 5.00pm tonight as usual. To be still showing at 7.30pm is a slight improvement I suppose !

improvement for you maybe mine went at 17.30, with some returning half an hour ago, so still no replies i would not push that one there well aware of this thread and any problems they may or may not have, no answer means there still working on it, a half answer will only lead to speculation ,

They were back by 22:00 - which doesn't lead me to believe a cap) I noted they had gone earlier but after the 17:00 time as yesterday. Still checking periodically to see if they vanish again, and will continue checking over the next few days.

I still believe that this thread needs some input from Gazza in the UK or Mark in the US before we all start losing confidence in eBid. What is stopping you from replying guys?

I agree Gill, they could at least acknowledge this thread & let everyone know that they are aware of an issue & are working on it.

Things have definitely changed here at eBid as Gazza & Mark both use to post in the forums regularly & always responded to issues.
Now it just seems as they have given up.
