Can't find my items on Google Shopping ?!

If this lack of exposure in the evenings on Google Shopping is purely about money and not any kind of glitch then I totally agree with you Gill.

I seem to recall we have had this before where eBid's listings kept vanishing from GS at certain times of the day. That might have been on the US site on the previous occasion though.

I can't see it being a money issue as it is pay per click through and the time of day would be an irrelevance.

Post 118 suggests that it might be a cash issue if eBid has put a cap on its spending on Google.

Suggests...based on speculation. If it was the case then all listings would go - that doesn't appear to be what is happening.

I'll try to find the previous incident I referred to next time I fire up the PC (too labourious on the tablet) and see how that resolved. It was a fair time back though.

well im glad to see a positive solution put forward by Gill and Sarge , as i said in a previous post on this thread if there is a cash problem then this could very well help the situation. i will third this modest increase,

there is no speculation that listings are missing at prime time, whos listings are not going at prime time? yours?

i can tell you mine disappear at prime time every evening , in a cat on google that only has 5 pages, there's no business sense that they remove from a small cat listings that make there overall count smaller for viewing and reduce click revenue unless the placement fee outweighs this figure,

would you match me on a 100 notes donation? if this proves to be the case im up for it, from a business point of view prime time loss is losing me money and others as well,

I would happily see my FVF go up from 2% to 3% to get more exposure for my listings. As you say we get five free shops here plus we don't get charged on our postage either. 3% would still be a real bargain compared to anywhere else.

Totally agree about the fvfs....I would happily pay more if it meant better google shopping exposure

I've started monitoring.

All eBid items vanished from GS at around 17:00 yesterday and returned around 01:00 today.

Will check over the next few days to see if they go and return at the same or different times. If consistently the same then less likely a payment cap - as doubtful the money would be used up so consistently each day. If the vanishing time varies and the return is consistent then that could point to a payment cap.

An honest response from admin of if the issue is down to actions by them would be good. Most will accept things if admin are straight; it's when they appear to be avoiding an issue that the conspiracy theories gain traction.
