Question Sold an Item, and sent an invoice. What else can I do?

    Hello everyone,

I sold a phone last Sunday and I sent an invoice to the buyer.

I haven't received any payment. So what are the next steps?

Send payment reminder, send payment reminder, mark as non-payer, request FVF refund, relist. Only takes a couple weeks.

Space your reminders at least 24 hours apart. The option to request the FVF, will show up in the ASL automatically, in few days, after you send reminders and mark as non-payer.

Also you need to leave appropriate feedback before marking as a non payer.

I would try emailing your customer directly first though. Sometimes eBid emails end up in spam folders with newbies if they haven't got their email settings set to receive them.
