    Default No auto response when contacting eBid support

    I sent an email to support for help with a problem concerning Error C00CM and after and hour the auto response ticket didn't come so I forwarded the original email about 20 minutes ago and have not received the auto response from it either so it seems the could be a problem there too.

    Cups-Cups-Cups
    And Other Stuff

    Have you checked your junk mail or trash?
    Once in a while, I receive mail in my junk mail and trash when normally it has always been in my In Box.

    Thanks, yes I have and I am using the email addy that I used to report my YDC bidding problem which I got both the immediate auto response to and a live response to --- but I have had no response at all this time. Lol guess I need a break from it anyway.

    Ropegg: Can you let us know if you got a response please? I had problems last weekend, had to send some messages twice before I got a ticket number. If you have not had a response I will try a back-door method of getting a message to them (Snapagogo or PPPay).

    Thanks I appreciate that. Apparently that Error C00CM problem won't let me add new listings but I can update existing listings. And it being fixed seems to hinge on being able to contact support.
