OK, so let's backtrack a bit then.
In the video I showed you it shows me on the listing form with the scroll bar in place.
I then load the overlay that contains My Gallery and scrollbar is still there ok.
Can you confirm
1) The scroll bar is in place when you go to the listing form.
2) The scroll bar disappears only when you click the button that loads the My Gallery overlay.
Is that what is happening?

Nearly 6 weeks since I started this thread and the right scroll is still not working today
That is 6 weeks of not being able to list new items...with over 10,000 listings waiting to be added I am losing out of stock listings and cannot replace them.
Busy re-listing old stock as it is all I can do until this is fixed
Hi Moonwitch,
We haven't been able to replicate this at all on any of our machines.
It seems to be baked into the ChromeOS itself.
Here's a thread with some users discussing scrolling on the Chromebook
https://productforums.google.com/for...al/hdlgRxnRP-g
Are you able to use the touchpad to scroll using two fingers or use the keyboard? Or is the gallery overlay completely locked?

Hi There Gazza.
Thanks very much for this helpful reply
I went to the Google forum as suggested and it appears I am an old stuck in the mud who lives in the past.
They did confirm that this change appeared with a Chromebook update and rather than faffing around with my keyboard arrows (I don't use a mouse so don't have a scroll wheel) I went for the added extension (better scrollbar) and have now added new listings today.
Thanks so much for your patience shown
