Coin ID anyone?

Anyone point me in the right direction as to the origins of this coin please?
It is 22.5mm diameter, silver coloured metal of 4.7gms. Many thanks.

So its a 1975 100 Yen piece from Japan.

If you mean to start a fresh "Thread" - then, when you first open a Thread, "The Kitchen Table" for eg. you'll see near the top left of the page, a rectangular black & blue box with a + sign in it, that says "Post New Thread" - just click on that & go from there!
