I find it can be hard to get my customers to leave feedback. A lot of them complain that they don't understand how to navigate the site. Mainly I think this is down to people being increasingly used to very simplied one to three click shopping sites so, they have forgotten how to engage with site menus. I give my customers a three click quick guide for how to find the buying actions they need such as 'Request Invoice' or 'Leave Feedback'.
One recently told me he could not follow that guide because his bought item had disappeared without him deleting it. He sent me a screenshot and he is right. Unfortunately this kind of error leads to new customers deciding that eBid is a badly designed/maintained site and we lose their custom.
