It does, they are called 'Albums'.
The only oddity I have noticed is how the URLs of images are formed. They take the form of:

So they are not linked to the user or the folder that they are in. That would mean two (or more) people could not upload an image with the same name on the same day (or they would have the same URL).
I would like URLs that mirror what you would have locally, e.g.
HTML Code:
http://www.snapagogo.com/astral276/listingimages/watch_strap.jpg
i.e. site/userid/albumname/imagename
Far easier to remember and would save me having to go and get the URL from Snapagogo for every image I need every time I need it.
Oh!, a second oddity I just remembered...
If you have underscores (and maybe other characters) in an image name they do not show on Snapagogo. E.g. the image name 'pb_background' is displayed as 'pb background'; a space substituted for the underscore.
